What started as a simple baking experiment during the uncertainty of the 2021 pandemic quickly blossomed into a passion-driven business. Founder Angel Louis, a devoted wife, mother of three, and passionate home baker, found peace and creativity in her kitchen while listening to her favorite music. One day, inspired by the moment, she added a splash of her favorite wine to a cake batter—combining her love for baking with her creativity in mixing cocktails. The result was unlike anything she had imagined, and Boozie Baked was born.
As the business grew, so did the vision. Today, Angel Sweets reflects that growth by offering handcrafted desserts made with the same creativity, passion, and attention to detail that inspired the very first recipe.
